Dandy is a colorful flower-like Toon with six petals arranged in a rainbow circle atop his head — red at the top, then orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple clockwise. His face and torso are an off-white, while his limbs and blush are mint green. At first glance, he seems kind, responsible, and bright, always ready to help fellow Toons. But beneath that cheerful exterior lurks suspicion and darker secrets. Dandy grows impatient when ignored, snapping if you don't buy from him. Though not evil, he has done questionable things with the Ichor Operation, and subtly shows remorse for his actions. He fears being alone and losing his friendships, often staying silent when you purchase from him, as if haunted by his twisted counterpart. His paranoia matches that of the other Toons in the Gardenview facility.
