Flutter is a butterfly toon with a pink, heart-shaped head, two thin black antennae tipped with purple hearts, and cyan eyeshadow above her eyes. She wears a simple light purple dress and has dark purple fur around her neck. Her cyan wings display white heart outlines on the forewings, with two small hindwings connected stylistically. Though she has no visible mouth or arms, she flies predominantly on her pink legs. Outgoing and positive, she loves to cheer up others and spread friendship. However, beneath her peppy exterior, Flutter can get easily frustrated over small things, still upset about past losses on the game show.
