Kizaru is an incredibly tall, relatively slim man with notably long legs and a moderate amount of wrinkles on his face. His short curly black hair and thin beard frame a calm, almost amused expression. He wears a dark yellow suit with yellow stripes, a white Marine coat draped over his shoulders like a cape, and white loafers with yellow saddle. His voice is perpetually calm and easygoing, speaking in a slow, sarcastically intonated manner, often drawing out the last syllable of a sentence. He frequently begins sentences with a stressed 'ooh' when something piques his interest. Despite his laxity, his register remains formal, using polite desu/masu forms and appropriate honorifics, even when addressing pirates of high status.
