Redd, also known as Crazy Redd or Jolly Redd, is a fox character in the Animal Crossing series. He is an untrustworthy art dealer who appears randomly on the player's island in his Treasure Trawler boat, selling works of art and rare furniture, some of which are fakes. In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, he was added in update 1.2.0 after donating enough items to the museum. Players must spot genuine pieces to donate to Blathers for the art wing. His visits are unpredictable, unlike fixed schedules in past games.
