Focalors is the Hydro Archon and God of Justice who ruled Fontaine for 500 years after Egeria's death. Originally an oceanid turned human and chosen as successor, she separated her divinity from her body and spirit, creating Furina as her human counterpart to impersonate the Archon. Focalors retained her memories and divine power while plotting to deceive the Heavenly Principles, allowing a prophecy of catastrophe to unfold partially to ultimately save Fontaine by destroying her own divine seat. She desired humanity and viewed Furina as her ideal human self.
