Grookey is a Grass-type Chimp Pokémon from the Galar region and one of the starter Pokémon. It is active and prone to roughhousing, often stubborn and mischievous. Grookey enjoys climbing on heads and playfully beating others with its stick. Despite its troublemaking, it has restorative powers, is good with plants and other Grass-types, and forms strong bonds quickly, as seen with trainer Goh.
