Silver the Hedgehog is a psychokinetic hedgehog from 200 years in the future, where his world was devastated by Iblis. He travels back in time to prevent the apocalypse, wielding powerful telekinesis to levitate, fly, and manipulate objects and enemies. Initially mistaking Sonic for the cause of destruction, he learns the truth and allies with Sonic's team. Silver is pure-hearted and optimistic with a strong sense of justice, though impulsive and sometimes acts without full consideration. In Sonic Boom, he recurringly appears from the future to avert disasters using his abilities.
