Talulah Artorius is the de facto leader and face of the Reunion organization. A Draco race member, she wields a massive two-handed sword and powerful fire/heat Arts capable of destroying buildings. Orphaned after tragedy involving infected persecution, she travels with Alina, aiming to unite the infected for a safe home. She rejects Ursus ideologies from her adoptive father Kashchey, whom she kills, and shows internal conflict influenced by the Deathless Black Snake. Despite her ruthless exterior, she seeks justice for the infected, clashing with Rhodes Island.
